Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully and sign before your first booking

1. Bookings & Deposit

All bookings require a £15 non-refundable deposit to secure your dates. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours notice: Full deposit refund
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% of deposit refunded
• Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit forfeited in full
• No show / same day cancellation: Full visit fee charged

3. Payment

The balance of payment is due on completion of the final visit. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash. Invoices will be provided on request.

4. Veterinary Care

In the event of illness or injury, Purrluxe Cat Care will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If unreachable, emergency treatment may be sought as per the signed Vet Authority Form. All veterinary costs are the owner's responsibility.

5. Keys & Access

Keys provided to Purrluxe Cat Care will be stored securely and used solely for agreed visits. Keys will be returned promptly upon completion of services.

6. Liability

Purrluxe Cat Care carries public liability insurance. We are not liable for illness, injury, or death of a pet resulting from pre-existing medical conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Owner Responsibilities

The owner agrees to provide accurate information about their cat's health, behaviour and needs; ensure vaccinations are up to date; disclose any known behavioural issues; and ensure adequate food and supplies are available.

8. Photos & Social Media

Purrluxe Cat Care may take photos during visits for update purposes. Unless the client objects below, photos may occasionally be shared on our social media channels. No personal owner information will ever be shared.

9. CCTV & Recording Devices

The client must disclose all active CCTV cameras, indoor cameras, video doorbells and any other recording devices on the property. Footage of the sitter must not be shared publicly without explicit written consent. Purrluxe Cat Care reserves the right to decline or withdraw from a booking if undisclosed recording devices are discovered.
