• Home access information (e.g. key safe codes, alarm details)

• Payment information (bank transfer references — we do not store card details)
• Photos taken during visits (with your consent)

Your data is stored securely and accessed only by Purrluxe Cat Care. We use password-protected devices and secure cloud storage. Paper records are kept in a locked location and destroyed securely when no longer needed.

We retain client records for 3 years after your last booking, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your veterinary practice in the event of an emergency
• With emergency services if required for the safety of your pet or property
• Where required by law or a regulatory authority

6. Photos & Social Media

We may take photos of your cat during visits to send you as updates. Unless you have specifically withheld consent on your Terms & Conditions form, we may occasionally share these photos on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). We will never share your name, address or any personal details alongside photos. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

7. CCTV & Recording Devices

Clients are required to disclose all active CCTV cameras, indoor cameras, video doorbells and any other recording devices on the property prior to or at the time of booking. Any recordings of our staff made on the property are subject to the client's own data protection obligations. Footage of our staff must not be shared publicly without explicit written consent.
